Yes. All our parts are inspected and tested to ensure they are in good working condition before being listed for sale.
All sales are final. However, we accept claims if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The part has undisclosed damage.
- Engines/gearboxes do not function.
Claims must be reported within 2 days for body parts and 3 business days for engines/gearboxes. Please contact us with photos or video evidence before installation or disassembly.
Yes, you can.
We offer LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping, which allows multiple customers to share space in one container. Instead of waiting to fill a full container (FCL), you can order parts in smaller quantities and pay only for the space you need. This makes importing auto parts from Japan faster, more flexible, and affordable.

An estimated line-handling cost will be shown at checkout. This cost is finalized after loading, based on the actual size, and is paid separately to our partner logistics company.
3️. Make Payment
Pay in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) to our designated account when placing your order.
4️. Pick Up in Nairobi
After 2–3 months, your goods will arrive. Collect them at our partner warehouse in Nairobi or request local delivery.
